RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less any shipping charges and duties paid) if returned to our returns department within 21 days of delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Any sale item(s) or item(s) purchased using a promotional code are eligible for store credit only.
- Any merchandise marked final sale is not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
- Gift card purchases are final sale, no exceptions.
- If an item appears damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of delivery date.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully checked in and processed, once your return has been processed you will be notified via email.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, (our apologies in advance) please fill out this form with your order information and we will send you a return label for a replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please fill out this form with your contact information and the reason for the return. If within our return policy, we will send you a UPS return label within 1-3 business days, You must fill out the online form within 21 days of receiving the item in order for the return to be processed.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
In the unlikely circumstance that you have received an item you did not order, please email us at info@scandalitalycom with a photo of the item you received so we can resolve this for you!
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN?
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We will send you a return label via UPS. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Upon receipt of the returned items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original and/or return shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
We try to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized and you will be refunded through Shopify within 10 business days of clearing your return.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item or just need a different size and need to exchange, we are happy to accommodate. Indicate your preference when you fill out the Returns Form here. If the piece you're exchanging is unavailable, your purchase will be automatically refunded through Shopify. Email email@example.com for more details regarding your exchange.
